Gladys Benitez, a lifestyle blogger and University of Texas Graduate is the mastermind behind all things marketing and branding at the cafe. She was born and raised in Miami Beach, and describes growing up there like a melting pot of cultures particularly those of Latin America. Growing up with a love for food, salsa, and traveling. She took on the challenge to open a coffee shop after learning that it was her mothers all time dream. Gladys always wanted to build a business and made it her goal to make the cafe a fun place for all her customers. She now co-owns the cafe and lives in Austin, Texas.

Elena Sanguinetti is the master behind the taste of everything in the cafe. Born and raised in Paraguay, she brings recipes straight from her motherland. At a young age she ventured to New York and finally Miami Beach. A couple more transitions led her to Austin, Texas. And now she co-owns the cafe with her daughter and shares her delicious treats in East Austin. Also, Nena’i was her nickname growing up in Paraguay and it continues to be representative of the cafe and all it means to be a driven little girl from any and all parts of the world.
